Hydrogen valley is a state of the art green energy centre transforming the world’s energy system from fossil fuels into renewable energy sources.
Hydrogen Valley was established in 2001 with special focus on hydrogen and biogas. Today, the cluster is an acknowledged green energy centre, including several international companies who work with green energy solutions. In collaboration with national and international partners, Hydrogen Valley conducts and assists in green business development activities.
In June 2017, one of Europe’s most advanced electrolysers was built at the HyBalance plant in Hydrogen Valley. The 1.2 MW PEM electrolyser converts green wind power into storable hydrogen. The facility is an ambitious private public partnership, in which Hydrogen Valley is an important catalyst.
Ambitious Danish climate visions
